My career begins in 2014 with the foundation

Foundation

My career began in 2014, laying a strong foundation in corporate legal and secretarial practices. During this phase, I gained hands-on exposure to Company Law compliance, corporate governance, statutory filings, board procedures, and legal documentation while working closely with senior legal and company secretarial professionals. This period helped me develop a structured understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate legal operations.

Professional Development

The next milestone of my career focused on strengthening expertise in litigation support, trademark prosecution, and commercial legal documentation. I actively handled trademark filings, examination reports, hearings, and legal research while advising clients on intellectual property matters. This phase enhanced my analytical ability and practical exposure to dispute management and legal strategy.

Corporate Legal Leadership

Moving into corporate environments, I transitioned into handling end-to-end in-house legal functions. I managed contract drafting and negotiations, commercial agreements, compliance monitoring, and coordination with external counsel. During this period, I played a significant role in minimizing legal risks, standardizing documentation processes, and supporting business operations through proactive legal advisory.

My responsibilities include managing contract lifecycle processes, labour law advisory, trademark portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and participation in statutory committees such as POSH. This phase reflects my evolution into a business-aligned legal professional supporting organizational growth through strategic legal governance.
